What we do

Four ways companies work with us

We take on a small number of engagements at a time, and we work directly with owners and senior management. Every one of them starts with the same thing — knowing the industry and knowing the people in it.

01 — Advisory

Advice on the ground, not on paper

A company plans a new plant. A group wants to enter non-ferrous metals. A business needs its sourcing fixed. We come in for a fixed period, usually three to six months, and work with the promoters until it is running.

  • Setting up plants and machinery lines
  • Entering a new product or new market
  • Sourcing and supplier strategy
02 — Market access

The right buyer. The right seller.

Most deals in this industry do not happen on a portal. They happen because someone trusted made the introduction. We bring the two sides together and stay involved until the business is done.

  • Finding buyers for scrap and finished material
  • Finding verified suppliers for importers
  • Meetings arranged in India, the Gulf and abroad
03 — Market intelligence

Know what is moving, and at what price

We hold import–export data across more than 100 countries, along with price and demand trends for the main non-ferrous metals. Companies and consulting firms come to us for numbers they cannot get from a public source.

  • Import–export data, country and product wise
  • Price trends and demand studies
  • Research done on request
04 — Industry partnerships

We represent the industry’s institutions in India

We work with metal and recycling associations across the world on their conferences, membership and India presence. Our founder sits on the board of the Bureau of Middle East Recycling.

  • Conference and delegation partnerships
  • Sponsorship and exhibition sales
  • Bringing overseas associations into India

The person behind the firm

Suneel R. Mardia

Founder & Chief Executive

Suneel R. Mardia has spent more than 35 years in non-ferrous metals. He began on the manufacturing side, running his own unit producing copper pipes and other non-ferrous raw material, and later moved fully into advisory work.

That background is why the advice is practical. He has run a plant, bought material, sold it, and dealt with the same problems his clients bring to him today. Over three decades he has built direct relationships with owners and senior management at many of the largest producers, traders and recyclers in India and the Gulf.
